MaxiApps ("we", "our", "us") is a digital token infrastructure provider. We facilitate the purchase of digital tokens ("Coins") on behalf of our partner platforms ("Partners"). By purchasing Coins through MaxiApps, you agree to these terms.
MaxiApps provides a white-label checkout service that enables users of Partner platforms to purchase digital tokens. Tokens are delivered instantly to your account on the Partner platform upon successful payment.
Tokens are non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). If you experience a technical issue preventing token delivery, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@maxiapps.fr.
Tokens are digital goods for use within the Partner platform. They have no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts or platforms.
MaxiApps is a payment infrastructure provider. The Partner platform defines how tokens are used within their service. Questions about token usage, platform features, or account access should be directed to the Partner platform.
MaxiApps is responsible for payment processing and token delivery. We are not liable for how tokens are used within Partner platforms, or for Partner platform availability.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
